Please read these terms carefully. By registering for our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and any additional policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not register with Don Milli Logistics.

Customs and Clearance Charges
As a customer, you agree to reimburse Don Milli Logistics for any fees, duties, or taxes paid on your behalf, including:

Customs duties and taxes (local and international).
Clearance charges and associated fees.
Any additional costs related to your shipment.

Payment for Services
The customer agrees to pay all fees for transportation, delivery, membership, or any other service provided by Don Milli Logistics.

Liability

Don Milli Logistics is not liable for any loss or damage to goods before entering our network.
Liability for uninsured shipments is limited to US$100.
We are not responsible for cash, online-purchased items, or consequential losses.

Claims

Claims must be submitted in writing within 20 days for shipments exceeding US$100.
Any loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are required to inspect their shipments upon receipt.

Prohibited Items
Do not ship contraband, unlawful items, cash, jewelry, firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials, or other restricted goods with our service.
