1. Customs and Clearance Charges
As our valued customer, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees associated with your shipments. While Don Milli Logistics may cover these fees on your behalf, prompt reimbursement is required. Shipments may be delayed, held, or returned until all obligations are settled.
2. Payment for Services
All fees for transportation, delivery, membership, or any additional services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Timely payment ensures seamless delivery and service continuity. Delayed or unpaid fees may result in postponed or canceled shipments.
3. Liability
• Don Milli Logistics is not liable for loss or damage occurring prior to a shipment entering our network, including while in the possession of the sender or a third party.
• Liability for uninsured shipments is limited to US$100.
• We are not responsible for cash, online-purchased items, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
4. Claims
• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
• Any loss or damage must be reported to Don Milli Logistics within 48 hours of delivery.
• For shipments valued above US$100, claims must be submitted in writing within 20 days.
5. Prohibited Items
For your safety and compliance with the law, do not ship contraband, unlawful items, cash, jewelry, firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable materials, or any goods restricted by law. Shipments containing prohibited items may void liability and could result in legal action.
6. Modifications
Don Milli Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
